The only regret I have is not hiring them sooner. I waited until I was overwhelmed with planning to hire them. Ashley and Agnes had really great ideas that I did not think of and added some wonderful touches to décor and other aspects of my wedding day. They also paid for themselves by helping me find great vendors that were more affordable than the ones that I had reached out to previously on my own. They also helped me navigate a complicated shuttle bus schedule (and helped me avoid having to hire another bus). I really wish I hired them sooner. I feel like they helped me fix a lot of my previous mistakes that I would have avoided if I had their advice and guidance in the first place. Ashley and Agnes were always super responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful. I could not have planned my wedding without them.

Ashley and her team made our wedding day so much less stressful. They came into our planning toward the end and right when I was feeling the most stressed and overwhelmed. They helped us with planning the schedule for the day, coordinating with vendors, and setting up and taking down our decorations. All I had to do was go with the flow of the day because they had everything covered.

We got married on 10.10.21 and cannot thank TMW Productions enough for helping us to realize our dream wedding. As very organized detail oriented people, we were nervous about our special day going smoothly and choosing the right “day of” coordinators. When we met with Rachel F. from TMW Productions, all of our worries subsided. Rachel was highly organized, meticulous, asked lots of questions, responded to e-mails quickly, and a pleasure to work with. Rachel took all of our (many) notes and followed through on every item.
Leading up to the wedding, Rachel wrote all of our vendors, checking in with us, and even attended to rehearsal to be sure that everything was in order. On the day of our wedding, we had a band, but out DJ was unable to make it. Rachel addressed the challenge head on and only informed us once there was a backup plan. Our guests had no idea! Rachel also worked on our wedding with Ashley, Ericka, and Michelle, who were all lovely and provided a seamless experience.
It’s also important to note that my wife and I are a queer, interracial couple and we felt nothing but respect throughout the entire process. TMW Productions are true professionals we would work with for any event. Please support them!

Agnes was my wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about Agnes. She was quick to help me accomplish all of my goals and put me at ease. Agnes was quick to respond back to all my questions and gave me great confidence that when she took responsibility for an issue….. it would be resolved effectively!! Boy was it ever!She worked us through several stressful issues.

1. Four months prior to our wedding Agnes informed us our venue place would no longer be providing catering services moving forward. She was quick to react, coming up with three catering companies to price out and try Agnes even accompanied us to our taste testing.


2. Less than three weeks prior to our wedding, the hotel that we had our room block at burned to the ground. Agnes called me first thing that morning and worked endlessly to find hotel accommodations for our guests Agnes spent time informing all the correct people so that each person‘s deposit was returned


3. Agnes is able to catch important details and coordinate with our base security on last minute shuttle driver substitutions.

Agnes is an amazing person inside and out. Our wedding night ran very seamlessly due to Agnes. she made sure to do what it took to get things accomplished!! She was always willing to help.Due to this my wedding was flawless. Agnes is Worth her weight in gold. I was truly great full to have her.

I hired TMW for day-of coordination and looking back, the day never would have gone so smoothly without them. Rachel was communicative, easy to work with, and she and her team were like wedding ninjas making sure we were taken care of every moment, and everything ran like clockwork thanks to her!
They helped set up all my decor to my (very particular) specifications with a limited amount of time, and cleaned up super fast so we had nothing at all to worry about when we left the venue.

I said this all night, but if it wasn't for Agnes and her team my wedding would've been a completely stressful event. We had 2 ceremonies on our wedding day. Agnes made sure from the very first moment we spoke to understand our vision and identify our unique needs. She was crystal clear on what she needed from us, and made sure to follow up if there was a question. She even met with us on Zoom to further coordinate an details! Her team picked up all of my decor and even decorated! They came all the way from Rhode Island and were at my venue at 9am to greet us for our first Ceremony! They reached out to all of our vendors. Even the week leading up, checked in to make sure we had what we needed and were good to go. My husband's family is used to doing all of the Coordination for events and they said to me the next day, Wait who cleaned up? Where did everything go? Is there anything to do? I was able to say no because Agnes, Brittany and Ashley took care of every tiny detail. I had people telling me, the ladies dressed in black were incredible and I whole heartedly agree. I've been doing makeup for a decade and see brides have to decorate, or put out fires the day of their wedding because those things are inevitable, but they didn't have TMW. I was able to relax, enjoy our beautiful day and let this dedicated team do their EXCELLENT work. Day of Coordination is ESSENTIAL, and Agnes and her team are the best of the best.
